    Scouting

    Visiting the restaurant during service to scout the light, the textures and the signature dishes.

    Art direction

    A warm, hushed look, true to the place: low light, dark backgrounds, golden glints.

    Shoot

    A shoot in the middle of service: dishes, cocktails, kitchen and team, captured on the fly.

    Retouching & delivery

    Selection, consistent colour grading across the series, and exports for the website, social media and print.
